Production Incharge

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to manage the end-to-end post-production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of embroidered fabric meets our quality standards, is finished professionally, and is delivered to the client on time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control (QC):

Thoroughly inspect all embroidered goods coming off the machines for defects, broken stitches, or design misalignments.

Ensure the color, thread quality, and fabric match the approved sample.

2. Post-Production Management:

Supervise the finishing team (Trimming, Cleaning, and Ironing).

Maintain a strict timeline to ensure labor completes the finishing work as per the daily targets.

Manage the rejection/rectification process for any faulty pieces.

3. Packaging & Inventory:

Oversee the counting and bundling of finished goods.

Ensure all packets are labeled correctly with Design Numbers, Quantities, and Client Names.

Keep an accurate record of raw materials used and finished stock ready for dispatch.

4. Dispatch & Delivery:

Coordinate with delivery partners, tempo drivers, or couriers for timely pickups.

Prepare necessary documentation like Delivery Challans and Invoices.

Ensure the client receives the correct order and obtain proof of delivery (signatures/receipts).
