Job Description
Hamare embroidery khate ke liye ek anubhavi (experienced) Production Manager ki zarurat hai jo manufacturing ka pura process shuru se anth tak sambhaal sake.
Zimmedariyan (Responsibilities):
Production Planning: Daily targets set karna aur machine operators se kaam karwana.
Quality Control: Embroidery ki finishing aur design ki bariki check karna.
Inventory Management: Dhaga (Thread), fabric, aur material ka hisaab rakhna.
Machine Maintenance: Machines ki service aur breakdown ko handle karna.
Labor Management: Karigaron ki attendance aur unke kaam ka supervisio
