Production / Manufacturing Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure timely execution as per planning.
• Monitor production progress and update status reports to management.
• Liaise between Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and accessories as per production plan.
• Track machine efficiency, downtime, and production output.
• Maintain production records, MIS reports, and documentation.
• Assist in implementing quality standards and process improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks in production and coordinate for quick resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Support the Production Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of textile manufacturing processes (Weaving/Knitting/Processing/Garmenting – as applicable).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of production planning and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma in Textile Engineering (Preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in textile or fabric manufacturing industry.
