Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: PROJECT COORDINATOR Primary Objective: To plan, execute, and track project progress while ensuring clear communication between all departments.
- 1. Core ResponsibilitiesPlanning: Create project schedules, set deadlines, and assign tasks to the team.
- Monitoring: Track daily progress and ensure the Production & Service teams are meeting their Vision Timings.
- Documentation: Maintain project reports, site photos, and completion certificates.
- Client Handling: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding project updates or issues.
- 2. Performance Expectations Punctuality: Must follow the 10:00 AM reporting time strictly.
- Problem Solving: Resolve any delays or "on-field" issues immediately
- Reporting: Submit a Daily Progress Report (DPR) to the Management before EOD (End of Day).
- Key Skills RequiredStrong Communication (Gujarati, Hindi, and Good English).
- Time Management & Multitasking.
- Proficiency in Excel/WhatsApp for reporting.
