Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Gujarat Mining (CGM) GPS Project का end-to-end management
GPS device installation, live tracking और CGM portal monitoring
Customers को complete support देना (Call / WhatsApp / Visit)
GPS से जुड़ी technical troubleshooting (Device offline, data issue, version update, etc.)
Vehicle, IMEI, SIM और portal data का analysis & verification
Daily / weekly data reports और coordination
Field team और dealers के साथ coordination
Customer complaints का timely resolution
New CGM guideline के अनुसार GPS version update / compliance support
