Purchase Executive

Manage purchase requirements and coordinate with vendors and suppliers

• Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and follow-ups

• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor databases

• Support back-office operations including data entry and reporting

• Coordinate with accounts, stores, and sales teams

• Track inventory levels and assist in stock management

• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services

• Handle basic administrative tasks and internal coordination
