Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery timelines.

Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase terms and conditions.

Process purchase orders and follow up on order status and delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important procurement data.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or inventory teams to maintain optimal stock.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and timelines.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or billing discrepancies.

Assist in preparing cost and supply reports for management review.
