Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle purchase activities related to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers through platforms like Indiamart.
• Manage purchase requirements shared by the Sales/Business Development team for third-party manufacturing and PCD.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Collect quotations, compare pricing, and finalize suppliers.
• Maintain and update purchase records in Excel.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any field (Commerce/Science/Pharma preferred).

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with multiple suppliers.

0–1 years of experience (Pharma experience preferred).
