Python Developer

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Python developer with strong FastAPI experience to build scalable backend systems. The role involves developing APIs, integrating services, and ensuring performance and reliability in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• API Development: Build high-performance REST APIs using FastAPI
• Backend Systems: Design scalable, production-ready backend services
• Data Handling: Work with databases and optimize queries
• Integrations: Connect third-party APIs and external services
• Performance: Optimize API speed, latency, and reliability
• Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Debugging: Identify and fix issues in production environments

Requirements:

• Framework: Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI (mandatory)
• Python Fundamentals: Solid understanding of Python, OOP, async programming, and data structures
• API Knowledge: Experience designing REST APIs and handling authentication (JWT, OAuth)
• Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Code Practices: Proficiency with Git, unit testing (Pytest), and clean code standards
• Architecture: Understanding of backend design patterns and service-based architecture
• DevOps Basics: Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have:

• Experience with Redis or Elasticsearch
• Experience with background job processing (Celery or similar)
• Exposure to LLM APIs or AI-based features
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
