QA & Lab / Inspection - LTSSHF

1. Strong knowledge of LAB testing activities Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, Corrosion 

2. Knowledge of National/ International standards in testing – ASTM, ASME, DIN, ISO

3. Should have performed testing & test report preparation

4. Planning of activities & Coordination with customer, 3rd party inspection agencies and various departments

5. Shall be conversant with documents like drawing, QAP, Manufacturing Procedure (MPP), Material Sampling and testing Plan (MSTP), Standard 

    Operating Procedure (SOP), Heat treatment chart reviewing etc.

6. Sound knowledge of machining and Furnace operation activities

7. Experience in handling of machine shop & Heat treatment activities (Furnace operation)

8. Knowledge & Experience in handling of calibration activities with external agency
