1) Improve the quality of work in production

2) Ensure Zero rejection or deviations at the time of Inspection before dispatch, at site and after installation

3) Get it cleared from the TPI

4) Ensure the production is carried out as per the approved documents

5) Monitor the production level at different stages to avoid the re-work and rejection at final stage

6) Attend the TPI inspection and get it cleared

7) Maintain the docuements of projects

8) Submit report of all projects for overall improvement 

9) Look after the shop floor safety 

10) Maintain the records of maintenace of palnt machinaries to reduce break downs
