Real Estate Sales Executive

We are a professionally managed real estate consultancy with 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. With a strong presence in Surat and Navsari, we specialize in residential and commercial property advisory, known for our trust, transparency, and long-term client relationships.

👤 Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in clients and property inquiries
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and conduct site visits
• Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
• Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-ups until deal closure

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in real estate sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Good knowledge of Adajan, Pal, Jahangirpura areas preferred
• Fluent in Gujarati (Hindi & English is an advantage)
• Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and basic CRM
