Job Description
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT This Employment Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of employment between the Employer (Deals Property) and the Employee. 1. JOB TIMINGS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Responsibilities: • Cover assigned route maps • Contact watchmen for flat listings • Share flat details on the official WhatsApp group • Show flats to prospective clients • Create and manage watchmen broadcast lists • Send daily good morning messages • Build strong relationships to source more properties for the office Salary: ₹18,000 per month 2. PROBATION PERIOD The probation period shall be 6 months. During the probation period, the employer may terminate employment with 1 month’s notice. 3. SALARY CLAUSE If the employee leaves before completing 2 months, 1 month’s salary will not be paid. This is a professional work environment; training school has not yet started. 4. UNIFORM POLICY Wearing the company-provided uniform T-shirt is compulsory during working hours. If the employee leaves the job, the uniform cost will be deducted from the final salary. 5. ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY All employees must report to duty by 09:45 AM sharp. Frequent late coming or unauthorized absence may lead to salary deductions or disciplinary action. 6. USE OF COMPANY RESOURCES All company resources must be used strictly for official work only. Any misuse, loss, or damage will be charged to the employee. 7. NON-COMPETE CLAUSE The employee shall not work with any competitor during employment and for 3 months after leaving the company. 8. PERFORMANCE REVIEW Monthly performance reviews will be conducted during the probation period. Based on performance, the employer may: • Extend probation • Issue warnings • Terminate employment 9. REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION • Daily updates on property leads and watchmen interactions must be shared on the official WhatsApp group. • All client visits must be properly documented and reported to the office. 10. MISCONDUCT OR VIOLATION Theft, dishonesty, misbehavior, refusal to follow instructions, or violation of company rules may result in immediate termination without notice and salary forfeiture. 11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE The employee agrees to comply with all applicable laws, company rules, and workplace guidelines. 12. POST-EMPLOYMENT RESTRICTIONS After leaving the company, the employee shall not: • Start a real estate business for 6 months • Join any competitor or similar business for 12 months • Use, share, or misuse client contacts or confidential business information Violation of this clause may result in legal action. 13. WORK SCHEDULE & WEEKLY OFF The employee is entitled to one weekly off. If more than 4 weekly offs are taken in a month without prior approval, double salary deduction will apply. 14. MOBILE PHONE USAGE Use of personal mobile phones during working hours is strictly prohibited. All client communication must be done only through official company channels. 15. CLIENT INFORMATION CONFIDENTIALITY Sharing personal phone numbers or client contact details is strictly prohibited. All communication and follow-ups must be properly backed up on WhatsApp. 16. DRESS CODE Wearing office uniform or professional office wear is compulsory during duty hours and client meetings. 17. DAILY REPORTING • A daily route plan must be submitted every morning. • A summary of daily work, client visits, and follow-ups must be submitted every evening. 18. DISCIPLINE & CONDUCT The employee is expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, loyalty, and discipline. Repeated underperformance or violation of company rules may result in salary deduction or termination without notice. 19. COMPANY POLICY The company reserves the right to add, remove, or amend policies as per business requirements. Employees will be informed and must comply accordingly. 20. MONTHLY BUSINESS TARGET The employee must achieve a minimum monthly business target of ₹40,000. Failure to meet targets consistently may lead to warnings or termination. ADDITIONAL RULES • Staff cannot use personal mobile phones during office hours • Staff must wear office uniform during office hours • Staff must give daily feedback/report of work done • Staff must work with ownership and dedication, not merely as a fixed-salary employee, to grow both himself and the company AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION By signing below, the Employee confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned above.
