Receptionist Cum Office Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist cum Office Assistant to manage front desk operations while providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Reception Duties:Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
• Administrative/Office Support:Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting setups.
• Provide basic support in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and follow-up tasks.
• Assist various departments with clerical tasks and errands as needed.
