Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Reception Duties:

• Greet visitors courteously and guide them appropriately.
• Handle incoming calls and transfer them to concerned departments.
• Maintain visitor records and front office cleanliness.
• Receive and dispatch couriers and documents.

Telecalling Duties:

• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, inquiries, and promotions.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call records and update customer data.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer requirements.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in basic office coordination and documentation.
• Schedule meetings and manage appointments.
• Support internal team communication.
• Skills & RequirementsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
• Pleasant personality with professional attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience preferred but freshers may apply.
