Job Title : Receptionist / Front office Executive

Key Responsibility

Greet customers, guests, and visitors courteously and professionally as per brand

standards

Understand customer requirements and direct them to the

appropriate department (Sales, Service, Insurance, Accessories, etc.)

Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area at all times.

Ensure customer comfort by offering refreshments and timely

assistance.

Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Transfer calls to concerned departments and take accurate

messages when required.

Provide basic information related to dealership working hours,

location, and services.

Maintain visitor entry registers and issue visitor passes.

Coordinate customer appointments with Sales Consultants and

Service Advisors.

Manage walk-in customer flow and ensure minimum waiting time.

Maintain records, customer logs, and daily reports related to

visitors and calls.

Support basic clerical work such as data entry, filing, and

document handling.

Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and support staff for

smooth front-office operations.

Follow brand grooming, communication, and customer-experience

guidelines.

Ensure compliance with dealership SOPs and audit standards.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information
