Timely Updation of

extension list and its circulation.

·        

Hospitality Management.

·        

Preparation of Various

MIS.

·        

Online complain booking

in maintenance helpdesk if any.

·        

Xerox Machine complain.

·        

Speed dialling code

create/update in EPABX system.

·        

Maintain SDN code and

extension list every month.

·        

Miscellaneous data entry

as and when required.

·        

Ticket booking (Train

& Air) and hotel booking for employees/ visitors/auditors.

·        

Fleet management and

co-ordination with drivers

·        

All other duties assigned

by HOD
