Job Overview: We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-friendly Receptionist / Front Office Executive for our wellness centre, Chiro Prro, located in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and should ensure a welcoming and professional front-desk experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
• Coordinate with the wellness team for client appointments and service schedules.
• Handle billing and payment collection when required.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of data.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services and packages.
• Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
