We are seeking a smart and well-spoken Front Office Executive to be the face of our brand. This role requires a warm, welcoming personality and the ability to manage front-desk responsibilities efficiently while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and handle visitor logs.
• Assist the sales and admin teams with documentation, data entry, and basic coordination.
• Handle courier services, stationery supplies, and other front office duties.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of local language is a plus).
• Professional appearance and a pleasant personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
