About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented HR Recruiter (Telecalling) to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful closures — primarily through telecalling and digital channels.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, is target-driven, and wants to grow in the field of human resources and recruitment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle telecalling for recruitment and reach out to potential candidates.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and social media.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlisting of candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews and feedback.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and database regularly.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• RequirementsEducation: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business, or related field).
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or telecalling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
