Key Role:

Responsible for recruiting skilled and energetic people for Sales, Scanning, and Technical departments.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and onboard sales & marketing executives for dentist outreach.
• Recruit scanning staff for intraoral/model scanning.
• Source and screen technical staff (ceramic, metal, design).
• Maintain hiring records and coordinate interviews.
• Build a talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, and institutes.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2–5 years of recruitment experience (healthcare/manufacturing preferred).
• Excellent communication & people skills.
• Fast, organized, and target-driven.
