Regional Manager-Customer 360 -BRANCH BANKING-Customer 360

- Responsible for managing customer experience and operations across multiple branches within the assigned region. - Oversee branch banking activities to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of business targets. - Coordinate with branch teams to implement customer-centric strategies and improve service delivery. - Monitor regional performance metrics and drive initiatives for growth and efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall banking experience for customers. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements within the region. - Lead and mentor branch managers and staff to achieve organizational goals.
