Job Description
- Source new customers for gold loan business through field visits, references, and local market activities
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
- Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options to customers
- Coordinate with appraiser for gold valuation and purity check
- Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance as per company policy
- Handle loan disbursement process and maintain accurate records
- Monitor repayment schedule and follow up for collections
- Support in auction process for overdue accounts (if required)
- Maintain branch-level business targets and portfolio quality
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of gold loan process
- Understanding of KYC and NBFC compliance
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM system)
- Field sales experience preferred
