• Handling client queries, issues, and escalations in a timely manner
• Coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations
• Achieving assigned targets and business objectives
• Preparing reports on client interactions and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients effectively
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
