Key Responsibilities:

• Provide online/offline training to clients to help them effectively use the Diamond ERP system
• Guide clients during onboarding and ensure proper system understanding
• Identify bugs or issues reported by clients and assign them to the development team
• Track assigned tasks and coordinate with developers until resolution
• Test completed fixes and confirm that issues are properly resolved
• Communicate updates and solutions clearly with clients
• Collect client feedback and new feature requirements
• Maintain proper documentation of support tickets and client requests
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Basic understanding of ERP systems or software workflows
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Patience and training ability for non-technical clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer support or ERP/software training
• Knowledge of CRM/helpdesk tools
• Understanding of diamond industry workflow is a plus (not mandatory)
