Retail Sales Executive

💼 Key Responsibilities

Attend and assist walk-in retail & wholesale customers with saree selections.

• Conduct video call shopping sessions for outstation customers.
• Share new product photos, videos, and offers daily on WhatsApp with clients.
• Manage and maintain showroom display and stock with proper saree folding and tagging.
• Ensure smooth billing and packaging process.
• Follow up with regular customers to build long-term relationships.
• Support the team during new arrivals, sales events, and dispatch days.

🧠 Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in saree or textile retail sales.

• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Confident using WhatsApp, video calls, and smartphone tools for client communication.
• Friendly, active, and customer-focused attitude.
• Must maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional appearance in the showroom.
• Job Timing :- 09:30 AM to 07:00 PM
