Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in product selection.

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage (cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, accessories).

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.

Handle billing, exchanges/returns, and customer queries politely.

Maintain product knowledge for all SHAR brands (e.g., ILEM Japan, Benefit, Kay Beauty, forever 52, Mac , SHAR exclusive picks).

Create a premium in-store shopping experience at all times.

Manage basic store operations: stock counting, inventory updates, and store cleanliness.

Coordinate with the cashier and store manager for smooth workflow.
