We operate premium kiosks offering AI-crafted perfumes, car fresheners, and smart diffusers, delivering a world-class scent experience to customers.

We are expanding our Surat kiosk team and looking for passionate retail professionals with strong customer-handling experience.

Role Overview

You will be the face of Bazuki at our kiosk — greeting customers, explaining fragrances, handling billing, maintaining stock, and ensuring the kiosk looks world-class at all times.

We want someone energetic, disciplined, and customer-focused — just like the reference candidate with experience in brands like Go Colors, Wrangler, UCB, Pepe Jeans, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

● Greet and assist customers with fragrance selection

● Explain perfumes, diffusers & subscription plans

● Provide a premium luxury brand experience

● Handle customer objections politely and confidently

Sales & Targets

● Convert walk-ins to sales

● Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

● Upsell combos (Buy 2 Get 1, Pocket Perfumes, Car Fresheners, etc.)

Operations & Reporting

● Maintain DSR (Daily Sales Report) accurately

● Handle billing, exchanges & basic service queries

● Manage stock updates, replenishment & kiosk arrangement (Candidate’s resume shows strong stock-handling experience from multiple retail brands. )

● Maintain kiosk cleanliness & product display

● Track customer data for follow-up and CRM

Inventory Management

● Manage inward/outward stock

● Keep records of damages, shortages & daily counts

● Assist in stock audits & global count (Matches Mohsin’s experience with stock setup & merchandise updates. )

Ideal Candidate Profile

Based on the strengths observed in the attached resume, the ideal hire should be:

Experience

● 2–8 years of retail sales experience

● Preferably from lifestyle, fashion, accessories, cosmetics, or fragrance brands

● Experience as Sales Associate / Sr. Staff / Team Associate is ideal (Similar to candidate’s past roles: Go Colors, Wrangler, UCB, Pepe Jeans, etc. )

Skills

● Strong customer service & communication

● Friendly, enthusiastic, positive attitude (Matches the resume’s “outstanding customer service & positive energy” points. )

● Ability to handle pressure & multitask

● Basic computer skills + Microsoft Excel (Clearly listed in the resume. )

Languages

● Hindi + Gujarati mandatory

● Basic English preferred (Candidate can read/write/speak English, Hindi, Gujarati. )

📚

Education

● Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred

● BBA

Salary Range

₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
