Job Description - Safety Officer.

• Job Opening: Safety Officer
• Experience : 3-5 Years
• Education : Bachelor's degree or diploma in Safety Officer or an equivalent field.
• Location : Adajan - Surat (Gujarat)
• Immediate joiner preferred Only.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive site safety plan in accordance with project tender requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for all civil, electrical, and mechanical activities.
• Ensure all on-site personnel and subcontractors comply with established safety protocols and regulations.
• Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Provide safety training and orientation to new and existing employees.
• Maintain detailed safety documentation, including reports, logs, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to integrate safety into all phases of project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all site safety-related inquiries and emergencies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma or ITI in Safety Engineering or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of three years of work experience in safety management on civil, electrical, and mechanical projects.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in creating and managing safety reports and documentation.
