Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate leads through online platforms, exhibitions, references, and market research.
- Handle complete communication with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Regularly follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close export deals successfully.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) for smooth execution of international orders.
- Manage customer onboarding process including documentation, compliance, and KYC formalities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients for repeat business.
- Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs.
- Achieve assigned international sales targets and revenue goals.
- Required Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in deal closing and international client handling.
- Knowledge of export procedures and international trade practices.
- Ability to work with different time zones.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA in International Marketing (Preferred).
- Preferred Candidate Profile:3–5 years of proven experience in international marketing/export sales.
- Experience in B2B international sales is an advantage.
- Ready to travel internationally if required.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
