Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Generate leads through online platforms, exhibitions, references, and market research.
  • Handle complete communication with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Regularly follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close export deals successfully.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) for smooth execution of international orders.
  • Manage customer onboarding process including documentation, compliance, and KYC formalities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients for repeat business.
  • Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs.
  • Achieve assigned international sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Required Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in deal closing and international client handling.
  • Knowledge of export procedures and international trade practices.
  • Ability to work with different time zones.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • MBA in International Marketing (Preferred).
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:3–5 years of proven experience in international marketing/export sales.
  • Experience in B2B international sales is an advantage.
  • Ready to travel internationally if required.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
