B2B Sales Experience (FMCG/Food preferred) Understanding margins, bulk pricing, credit cycles.

Retailer & Distributor Handling Kirana stores, dry fruit shops, supermarkets, wholesalers, mandis.

Negotiation Skills Rates, schemes, payment terms, exclusivity discussions.

Makhana Grades Knowledge Suta, Murha, Lawa, Mithila type, size & quality differences.

Usage Awareness Roasting, flavoured makhana, fasting (vrat), health & diet segment.

USP Communication Protein, low fat, diabetic-friendly, Jain & vrat-friendly angle.

Shelf Life & Storage Moisture control, packaging importance (very critical in Gujarat climate).

  • Distributor Appointment & Management Area mapping , Beat planning, Target setting

Secondary Sales Push Ensuring distributor actually sells to retailers.
