Job Description
We are hiring an Online Sales Executive for our Diamond & Jewelry business. The candidate will handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls and convert them into sales.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer messages and calls for Diamond & Jewelry inquiries
* Share product photos, videos, prices, and offers
* Follow up with interested customers and close sales
* Take orders and coordinate with dispatch team
* Maintain customer details and daily sales record
* Provide good after-sales support
Requirements:
* Minimum 10th / 12th pass
* Experience in online sales / Diamond & Jewelry sales preferred
* Good communication skills (Hindi required, English)
* Knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and calling
* Honest, polite, and target-oriented
