Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email, ads).
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with the design team to create brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Manage company’s online presence and content marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 1–3 years for executive, 4–7 years for manager level).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.
