Job Description


Key Responsibilities

Sales


  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.


Marketing


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email, ads).
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with the design team to create brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.
  • Manage company’s online presence and content marketing efforts.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 1–3 years for executive, 4–7 years for manager level).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.
