Job Description
- Sales & Customer EngagementGreet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently address customer queries.
- Store Operations
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, attractively displayed, and accurately priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for replenishments.
- Assist in daily cash handling, billing, and POS operations.
- Visual Merchandising & Cleanliness
- Support visual merchandising standards to enhance product appeal.
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene in line with brand standards.
- Reporting & Feedback
- Provide daily sales reports and customer feedback to store managers.
- Participate in promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
