Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Sales Coordination:Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery timelines
- Maintain and update sales records, customer data, and reports
- Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and payments
- Customer Care:Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and delivery status
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate when required
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordination & Documentation:Coordinate between sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams
- Ensure proper documentation of orders, returns, and customer communication
- Maintain call logs, emails, and customer interaction records
- Reporting & Support:Prepare daily/weekly sales and customer service reports
- Support management with data analysis and MIS reporting
- Assist in improving customer service processes and sales efficiency
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer care
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi; local language preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM systems
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills
