₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Working Days:
5 Days Field Work (Monday – Friday)

Job Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced :
Sales Engineer – Automation with strong technical knowledge and proven experience in industrial automation sales.
The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, customer coordination, documentation, and order closure.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new leads for:
- Automation Solutions
- Laboratory Instruments
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Repair Services
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Proposal & DocumentationPrepare, send, and follow up on:
- Instrument offers
- AMC proposals
- Spare quotations
- Payment follow-ups
- Invoice intimations
- Customer inquiries and order confirmations
- Customer InteractionConduct customer meetings, field visits, and product presentations.
- Handle technical discussions with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with:
- OEMs
- EPC companies
- System integrators
- End-user industries
Product PromotionPromote and sell automation products such as:
- PLC / HMI / SCADA systems
- VFD and Servo drives
- IIoT solutions
- Industrial control panels
- Automation services and solutions
- CoordinationWork closely with internal technical and service teams for solution support.
- Maintain lead tracking, sales pipeline, and follow-up reports.
- Required SkillsStrong technical understanding of industrial automation.
- Ability to prepare:
- Techno-commercial proposals
- BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Quotations and sales documentation
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Good English communication (reading, writing, and speaking).
Technical Knowledge RequiredUnderstanding of the following technologies:
- PLC, SCADA, HMI
- VFD / Servo Drives
- Laboratory & Field Instruments
- Communication Protocols:
- Modbus
- Profibus
- Ethernet
- Industrial Signals:
- 4–20mA
Educational QualificationB.E. / B.Tech in:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Or any relevant technical field
