Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients through online channels, referrals, and industry events.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads using CRM tools.
  • Cold Calling and Communication:
  • Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce products/services.
  • Follow up with existing leads to nurture interest and convert them into customers.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide product information.
  • Client Visits and Presentations:
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Sales Closure and Reporting:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
  • Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to the management.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
