Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom team. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect pieces for their homes while ensuring the showroom remains organized, well-stocked, and premium in appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers, understand their furniture needs, and guide them through our collections to close sales.
• Operational Supervision: Oversee and ensure the showroom is clean and presentable at all times (Supervisory role).
• Inventory & Merchandising: Supervise the tagging and pricing of new arrivals. Assist in inventory sorting and stock management to ensure data accuracy.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of wood types, fabric quality, and dimensions to provide expert advice to buyers.
• Lead Management: Follow up with potential leads and maintain basic records of daily walk-ins and sales.
• Working Hours & BenefitsShift Timings: 10:30 AM to 09:30 PM.
• Monthly Leaves: 2 Paid Leaves per month (to be scheduled with prior notice).

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in retail sales (furniture, electronics, or home decor preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge for billing/inventory, and a polite demeanor.
• Leadership: Ability to supervise support staff for cleaning and stock movement tasks.
• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10th Pass) or Graduate.
