Sales Executive

Role Purpose:

Assist customers, suggest products, and increase sales at the retail counter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their fragrance preferences
• Suggest products (agarbatti, dhoop cones, organic incense, gift packs )
• provide demos of fragrance when required
• maintain product arrangement and labeling
• handle billing and packaging
• maintain cleanliness in the display area
• track daily sales and customer feedback

Skills Required:

• Friendly, polite communication
• Knowledge of scent categories
• Basic computer / Billing skills
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell
