Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Handle in-house/office sales for Elira Jewels

Attend and assist walk-in customers with product selection

Explain jewellery designs, diamond quality, pricing, and offers

Convert inquiries into sales and achieve sales targets

Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing

Represent the brand at exhibitions or events when required

Requirements:

Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Presentable, confident, and sales-oriented personality

Basic knowledge of jewellery sales will be an advantage
