Job Description
Senior Officer (Customer Relationship & Sales ) What is the work? (Senior Officer – MLI)
You will work with existing Max Life Insurance customers (no cold calling).
The company will give you a customer list (BoR).
You will call and meet customers to build good relationships.
Help customers with their queries, service issues, and policy-related needs.
Understand customer financial goals and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Do cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers.
You need to visit 2–3 customers daily (field work).
