Job Description

Sales Manager – Import Export Marketplace (B2B)

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000/month + Incentives

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue for our Import - Export B2B Marketplace.

This role is for closers, not coordinators.

If you can’t handle targets, pipeline pressure, and accountability - do not apply.



Key Responsibilities

  • Own complete sales cycle: lead qualification → demo → negotiation → closure
  • Sell subscription-based marketplace solutions to Exporters & Importers
  • Drive revenue through inbound + outbound sales
  • Conduct high-impact product demos
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline & forecasting
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Mentor junior sales executives (if assigned)



Mandatory Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven closure track record
  • Experience in SaaS / Marketplace / Logistics / Import–Export / B2B Platforms preferred
  • Strong communication in English & Hindi
  • Target-driven, numbers-oriented mindset
