Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities in textile manufacturing units, tailoring workshops, and distributors.
- Promote and sell company products — industrial sewing machines, spare parts, and accessories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, and reports.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in textile machinery, industrial equipment, or related field).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
- Basic understanding of textile manufacturing or tailoring process is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
