Sales Executive

✦     Greet customers and understand their requirements for diamonds or jewellery.

✦     Explain the features, value, and ethical advantages of lab-grown diamonds.

✦     Present and demonstrate a wide range of lab-grown diamond jewellery.

✦     Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

✦     Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

✦     Handle billing, invoicing, and post-sale documentation accurately.

✦     Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and pricing.

✦     Coordinate with the back-end team for order fulfilment and customisation requests.

✦     Ensure the store/display area is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing.

✦     Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and sales events.
