Sales Executive

Job description:

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales & service business with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Proficient in the use of social media tools like Linkedin ,Twitter, etc
• Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
• Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars, and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
• Ready to travel all over India basis.
• Good experience in dealing with B2B industrial end customers.
• Effective communication skill in Marathi, Hindi & English.
• Good relationship with Electrical & instrumentation managers.

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma or BE in electrical & electronics/ BBA/MBA/ Any graduate.
• 1-4 years' quota carrying sales experience in sales & service business in the industrial automation products.
• Experience in Ac drives, VFD spares & industrial automation projects sales & service business.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation skill.

Qualification- BBA/ MBA/ Diploma/ BE/Any Graduate
