Sales Field Executive Cum Sales Person

Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to meet sales targets, and a positive attitude. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain consistent performance
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively
• Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business
• Prepare daily/weekly reports of field activities and sales achievements
• Understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns
• Ensure proper follow-up with prospects until deal closure

Requirements:Education:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

Experience:

• Freshers can apply
• Experience in field sales, direct sales, or retail sales is an added advantage

Skills:

• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic understanding of sales techniques
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork
