Sales Head

About the Role:As a Sales Head for Panchhi Fashion, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand reach and driving sales growth through the team and by yourself across India. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and wholesalers in and across India. You will also be responsible for driving the sales team, whether field sales or inside sales, monitoring their performance and making them efficient.

Responsibilities:·      Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for India, targeting both retailers and wholesalers, in alignment with Panchhi Fashion’s growth objectives for fashion and bridesmaid lehengas.

·      Corporate & Key Account Expansion: Identify and establish relationships with corporate clients and large retail chains such as Manyavar & Mohey, Libas, and other key players in the ethnic and occasion wear segment.

·      Retail Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new retail partners, including fashion boutiques, multi-designer stores, and department stores catering to ethnic and occasion wear.

·      Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision- makers at retail outlets, highlighting the unique design aesthetic, craftsmanship, and quality of Panchhi Fashion’s offerings.

·      Sales Negotiation & Closures: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins while adhering to company pricing and contractual policies.

·      Sales Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring: Recruit, train, and mentor both field and inside sales teams, setting clear sales targets, monitoring their performance, and optimizing their efficiency to drive maximum sales.

·      Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Keep a close watch on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

·      Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management, ensuring data-driven decision-making for future sales strategies.

·      Events: Represent Panchhi Fashion at industry events and trade shows, promoting our brand and building relationships within the fashion and occasion wear segment.

Qualifications:·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

·      Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales management, ideally within the fashion apparel or occasion wear industry.

·      Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in the textile sector.

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence buying decisions.

·      Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a sales team (if applicable).

·      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).

·      Strong time management and organizational skills.

·      Ability to travel PAN India.
