Job Description

  • Core Responsibilities🔹 Business DevelopmentIdentify and approach new B2B clients (corporates, agents, partners, vendors).
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and references.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings and presentations.
  • 🔹 Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable company services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • 🔹 Sales Target & RevenueAchieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales plans and strategies to increase revenue.
  • Negotiate prices and close business deals.
  • Follow up regularly for payments and outstanding dues.
  • 🔹 Market Research & StrategyStudy market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Suggest new ideas to improve sales and market reach.
  • Identify potential sectors for business expansion.
  • 🔹 Reporting & DocumentationMaintain proper records of client database and sales activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Update CRM / sales tracking sheets regularly.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and operations team for smooth service delivery.
  • 🔹 Coordination with Internal TeamsWork closely with operations, ticketing, and accounts departments.
  • Ensure timely service delivery as promised to clients.
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams.
  • 🔹 Payment & Collection Follow-upMonitor outstanding payments from clients.
  • Ensure timely collection as per agreed terms.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of corporate sales and B2B market.
  • Ability to achieve targets under pressure.
  • Good networking and relationship-building ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
