Job Description

We are urgently hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Manager for our organization based in Surat. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Industrial Sales, Electrical Products Sales, or specifically in Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems.


The candidate must be willing to travel across India to generate business and manage clients.


Key Responsibilities:


• Handling sales and promotion of Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems

• Generating new leads through field visits, networking, and industry contacts

• Identifying new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure sectors

• Managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across India

• Conducting site visits and technical discussions with clients

• Preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and closing sales

• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinating with internal teams for order execution and customer support


Key Skills Required:


• Strong knowledge of Electrical / Mechanical systems

• Experience in Earthing System or Lightning Protection products preferred

• Field Sales and B2B Sales experience

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel pan India

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality


Preferred Candidate Profile:


• BE (Electrical / Mechanical) or Diploma holder

• 3–4 years of experience in Industrial Sales / Electrical Sales

• Experience in infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects will be an added advantage
