Sales Manager

Support sales team in closing Tally ERP / TallyPrime deals

Explain Tally ERP features and solutions to customers

Attend and Solve day to day support issues of customer

Prepare quotations, proposals, and proforma invoices

Coordinate Tally license activation, upgrades, renewals, and AMC

Handle customer queries and provide basic product guidance

Coordinate implementation, training, and support schedules

Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and renewal tracking

Prepare sales and renewal reports

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / IT / Business (Preferred)

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in Tally ERP / TallyPrime sales or support

Technical Skills

Good knowledge of Tally ERP / TallyPrime

Understanding of GST, Accounting, Inventory & Licensing

Knowledge of renewals, upgrades, and AMC process

Soft Skills

Good communication & customer handling skills

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working with SMEs, traders, manufacturers, or CA firms

Prior experience with Tally Partner / ERP solution provide
